I specialize in international law and legal matters involving a cross-border element. My practice includes legal advice and representation in cross-border commercial transactions, transnational contracts and disputes, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, international child abduction and other cross-border family law matters.

I provide legal advice and representation particularly in cases where they involve an international element or legal assistance to foreign nationals, including:

• immigration and foreign nationals law, including residence permits, visas, and proceedings before the Slovak Foreign Police

• civil law matters, including damages, property disputes, protection of personality rights, and neighbour disputes;

• family law matters, including divorce, division of matrimonial property, child custody, parental rights and obligations, and child maintenance;

• employment law matters, including unlawful termination of employment or discrimination at workplace;

• contract and commercial law matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal matters related to everyday life and business activities.

I represent clients in out-of-court negotiations, administrative proceedings, civil litigation and non-contentious proceedings, as well as before international bodies, including the European Court of Human Rights and United Nations treaty bodies.

Consultation

Consultations are available by prior appointment, either in person or online.

To arrange a consultation, I recommend contacting me primarily by email and briefly describing the nature of your legal matter. An initial email enables a preliminary assessment of your case and allows us to determine the most appropriate form of consultation and the next steps.

Consultations may take place in Bratislava, Senec, online, or, by prior arrangement, at the client's premises.

All legal services are available fully in English language.

Fees

A legal consultation without subsequent legal representation is charged at EUR 60 for each commenced hour.

Where legal representation is undertaken, fees are determined either in accordance with the Slovak Regulation on Advocates' Fees and Reimbursement of Expenses or on the basis of an individual fee agreement with the client.
